Summary
Cobalt are working with a growing advisory business in Dublin that is looking to hire a Tax Senior Manager into its private client team.
This role would suit someone who wants to take ownership of their own client portfolio and play a visible role in how the private client practice continues to develop.
There is a strong mix of advisory work, client interaction, and team involvement, with enough autonomy to shape how you work rather than stepping into a tightly prescribed role.
The role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of private clients and supporting the wider private client offering.
This will include:
Managing tax compliance and advisory work for private clients
Acting as the main point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters
Leading advisory assignments across personal and business tax
Working with colleagues on broader or cross-border matters where needed
Supporting client development and new work as opportunities arise Coaching and supporting junior members of the team
About you
ITI, ACA, or ACCA qualified
Several years' experience at manager level in tax
Strong background working with private clients
Comfortable handling advisory work and client relationships
Happy taking responsibility and working with a high degree of autonomy
Enjoys supporting and developing junior staff
