Renewal Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our European Renewal Sales team. The successful candidate will lead a team of renewal sales specialists, managing the renewal process for commercial business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the renewal sales process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships across our Partner ecosystem to provide visibility and engagement in the scaled commercial business.
* Lead and mentor a team of renewal sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
* Analyse customer data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
* Use insights to inform strategies and improve renewal rates.
* Closely work with other departments, including Customer Success, Field Sales, Support Account Management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on business objectives.
* Prepare and present regular reports on renewal performance, including key metrics, forecasts, and action plans to senior management.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewal sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organisation.
* Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related subject, or relevant industry experience.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
