Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that values technical and practical expertise. The ideal candidate will not only contribute to current projects but also have the potential to grow into a Commercial Director role over time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage cost estimation and control for various projects.
2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgets are adhered to and financial risks are managed.
3. Provide guidance and support in procurement processes.
4. Prepare and analyse tender documents and contracts.
5. Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial performance.
7. Utilize advanced digital practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
8. Minimum of 10 years' experience in quantity surveying.
9. No data center experience necessary, though exposure to mechanical elements is a plus.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
