Your Role
As an Alarm Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
* Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm and security systems for residential and commercial clients.
* Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each system is installed to the highest standard.
* Ensuring targets/KPIs are hit in respect of your role.
* Educating clients on system usage and safety features.
* Managing your schedule effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
What You Bring
* Experience in alarm system installation or a related technical field.
* Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
* Sales experience/the ability to sell is essential for this role
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for security technology and helping others feel safe.
