About the Role
We're seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our marketing team and bring visual excellence to our brand. You'll create compelling designs across multiple channels, from digital campaigns and sales collaterals to presentation decks and video content. This role is perfect for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and can translate complex compliance concepts into engaging visual stories.
Responsibilities
* Design marketing materials including email campaigns, landing pages, social media graphics, infographics, and digital ads
* Create sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and presentation templates
* Develop visual content for product launches, trade shows, webinars, and executive events
* Produce and edit short-form videos for social media, product demos, and customer testimonials
* Build/edit polished PowerPoint presentations for sales teams and executive audiences
* Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while evolving our visual identity
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design needs and deliver on tight deadlines
* Optimize designs based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
Experiences and Skills
* 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B technology
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in business digital design
* Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Basic video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms
* Advanced PowerPoint design capabilities with attention to layout, typography, and data visualization
* Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
* A true self starter, who works effectively on their own initiative, and is used to working in demanding environments where there is continuous change and ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in financial services or compliance technology sectors
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page design
* Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
* Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
* Experience with project management tools like Asana or
