Finishing Supervisor
We are excited to open applications for the position of Finishing Supervisor. This is an
excellent opportunity for an experienced print finisher to join a well-established large format

Role Overview
As the Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations
of our finishing area, ensuring production deadlines are met while maintaining the highest
standards of quality. You will oversee a range of finishing processes and equipment, and lead
a small team to deliver consistent, accurate results.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily activities in the finishing department
• Operate and oversee equipment including:
o Laminators
o Mounting tables
o Weeding stations
o Guillotines
o Fotoba cutters
o Die-cutting machines
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Train, support, and develop finishing staff
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in large format print finishing (required)
• working knowledge of laminating, cutting, mounting, and related processes
• Experience operating guillotines, Fotoba systems, and die-cutting machinery
• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a team
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and time-management skills
