We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our relief team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with other skilled Chefs in various settings, including Hotels, Hospitals, Restaurants, Contract Catering Units and Large Sporting Venues.

As a Relief Chef, you will be expected to:
* Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* Provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of the Head Chef and all customers' needs.
* Maintain up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (training provided).
* Hold a valid work permit to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
* Be a good team player.
* Show passion for creating high-quality food.
* Have enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure.
