Job Title: Early Years Manager
A dynamic leader is sought to develop, manage, and deliver a high-quality early learning service. As the primary point of contact for the team, you will foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous development.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team. A professional and enthusiastic disposition, along with a commitment to high-quality education and care, are essential for this role.
Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of national guidelines and quality frameworks, as well as managing and developing the service to meet the needs of the community. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, facilitating team meetings, and liaising with members of the management team.
The successful candidate will possess a professional qualification in early education, minimum level 7, and at least 3 years of experience working in a childcare setting. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field is also required. Good computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft office suite are necessary, as are report writing and administration skills. Garda Vetting will be required on an ongoing basis.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
