Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a significant portfolio of diverse clients across accounts, audit, tax, and advisory engagements.Lead and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Qualified Accountants, and Trainees, ensuring high-quality service and delivery.Actively manage work-in-progress (WIP), billing, and debtors within the client portfolio, ensuring optimal profitability.Maintain strong client relationships, managing client expectations, and proactively seeking client feedback.Develop and deliver technical updates and training sessions for the team, ensuring high standards of technical excellence.Support Associate Directors and Directors in new business development and proposals. Uphold rigorous quality control and compliance standards aligned with firm policy and regulatory guidelines.Actively mentor and coach team members, nurturing their professional growth.
