Job Role:
The role of the Corporate Lawyer is to support our corporate practice by working closely with partners and the knowledge management team to develop and deliver key content projects and knowledge initiatives. This includes ensuring that our client service and business development strategy incorporates knowledge management as a core component.
* Work with corporate partners and the knowledge management team to ensure knowledge management is a core part of their client service and business development strategy
* Assist with the execution of key content projects and knowledge initiatives
* Develop, review and update precedents and practice tools on an ongoing basis
* Design and delivery of training courses and materials
Qualifications include being a qualified solicitor with experience in private practice, preferably in a larger firm. A minimum 3-5 years' experience in corporate law and technical strength are also required. Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence to deal with all levels and a forward-thinking attitude open to innovation and new ideas are highly valued.

Key Requirements:
