About Workplace Investigations
Overview
We are seeking an experienced workplace investigator to join our Forensic & Investigation Services team. This is a dynamic role that involves leading investigations and providing high-quality project reports.
Responsibilities
* Acting as a lead investigator across a range of workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
* Preparing project reports and related outputs for senior review.
* Contributing to other programs of work, including training, recruitment, and HR projects.
* SUPPORTING business development activities, including tender document development and client pitches.
* Coaching and supporting junior team members.
* Contributing to the financial and commercial management of the unit.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in carrying out workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
* Knowledge or experience of employee relations, employment law, and HR topics.
* Experience in managing a team while delivering multiple assignments.
* Excellent report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Able to foster trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries.
* Strong commercial acumen and expertise.
