About the Role:
* Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and processes.
* Identify and carry out preventative maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.
* Provide technical support for production lines and their supporting processes.
* Work collaboratively with other maintenance operatives to achieve team goals.
* Set up and change over machines for different products.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.).
* Strong mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Able to read mechanical schematic drawings and use multimeters to troubleshoot electrical faults.
* Familiarity with automation and modern equipment control interfaces.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
