Hours: 5 over 7 days | Typical shift: 2pm – 10pm
We're looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our welcoming boutique hotel in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a kitchen, shape a fresh and exciting menu, and lead a small, dedicated team in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
6. Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a hands-on approach
7. Design and evolve seasonal menus that reflect creativity and quality
8. Ensure full HACCP compliance and maintain the highest food safety standards
9. Train, mentor, and inspire a small kitchen team
10. Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently
What We're Looking For:
11. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
12. Strong leadership and communication skills
13. A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative cooking
14. Excellent knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards
15. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (5 over 7 schedule)
