Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to add a Personal Lines Insurance Executive to their collaborative and client-focused team.
Contract: 12 months
Location: Dublin 14
Hybrid model: 3 days onsite
Position Summary
In this client-facing role, you will act as a key contact for customers seeking personal insurance products. You will be responsible for advising clients on suitable cover options, handling policy administration, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key duties will include managing new business enquiries, processing renewals, carrying out mid-term adjustments, and responding efficiently to client queries or concerns.
Candidate Requirements
At least 1 year’s experience in a personal lines insurance role
APA qualification (or actively working towards completion)
Solid understanding of personal lines products, including motor, home, and travel insurance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Experience using Applied/Relay CRM systems is an advantage
A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service
