Store Team Lead Position
The Store Team Lead plays a key role in the daily operations of our store. Shift hours are flexible and determined based on business needs.
* Lead the team to achieve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Foster team motivation and development to meet store objectives
* Take charge and deputise for Store Management when required
* Prior supervisory experience with strong leadership and team development skills
* Exceptional knowledge of retail sales operations and customer service principles
