Hotel Reservation Specialist Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Reservation Agent who possesses excellent communication skills and a flair for customer relations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for guests, expertly communicating available options, rates, and itineraries.
* Manage and update our reservations system (Hotsoft) to ensure efficient booking processes.
* Effectively distribute rates through our Channel Manager (D-Edge) to optimize pricing and availability.
* Maintain strong relationships with our guests by providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Essential knowledge of booking systems and CRM software.
* Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong networking and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Package on Offer:
* A competitive hourly rate of €15.00.
