* Digital Business Analyst
* 12 month Day Rate Contract

What the role involves
* Collaborate with colleagues across Digital, eCommerce, Marketing, Product, CRM, and other teams to implement new or improved capabilities that enhance services for both internal and external customers.
* Gain a deep understanding of the scope and functionality of the platforms and systems you\'ll be working with.
* Plan and run requirements gathering workshops.
* Define and manage business requirements to a high standard, supporting platform and system changes in line with development methods and processes.
* Collect and present stakeholder feedback clearly and consistently.
* Document identified changes and communicate findings to relevant teams.
* Work with partners and third-party vendors to align activities.
* Secure necessary approvals for business requirements specifications.
* Provide regular progress updates to colleagues and management.
* Support creation of user stories and participate in Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
Skills and experience we are looking for
Must have:
* Experience on large enterprise-level IT or Digital projects.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Experience collaborating with partners and third-party vendors.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Team-oriented and process-focused.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, with a commitment to quality.
* Ability to build relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have:
* Experience collaborating directly with designers and developers.
* Experience working on UX projects.
* Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Slack, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, etc.
* Knowledge of web analytics systems like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
