The four-star, family-run Avalon House Hotel in Castlecomer is currently seeking experienced Bar Staff to join our friendly and expanding team.
We have full-time positions available, and strong food/beverage service experience is essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or busy food service environment will be a significant advantage.
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in food and beverage service
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve to four-star standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
* Upsell hotel products and services where appropriate
* Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
