Job DescriptionExcellent opportunity for a property finance/credit professional to join a residential development lender in Dublin.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the lending team to assess, evaluate and structure credit applications in line with credit policy.Performing detailed second line assessment and interrogation of credit proposals.Contributing to the ongoing monitoring of the loan book through the drawdown process, account reviews and review of KPI reports.Identifying early indicators of stress in the portfolio and supporting the lending team with work out plans.Requirements for this RoleSuccessful candidate will likely have the following background:6+ years' experience in credit risk management, with a proven track record assessing residential funding proposals.In-depth knowledge of lending agreements, covenants and security requirements.Keen commercial acumen with strong analytical and decision-making skills.About Our ClientA residential development lender based in Dublin City Centre.RemunerationAttractive salary, bonus and other benefits.Your application will be directed toDaniel Corbett.Not interested in this role, but know someone who might be?
