Role Summary

You will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, responsible for onboarding and establishing long-term relationships. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance during onboarding and advocating for clients internally. You will manage stakeholder projects to ensure timely onboarding.


Qualifications

* Fluent in French and English
* Minimum of 3+ years in onboarding/integration management, managing complex onboarding journeys
* Experience with B2B SaaS products and becoming a product expert
* Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills
* Relationship builder, calm under pressure, celebratory of partner success
* Knowledge of project management principles
* Self-motivated with a growth mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments
* Proven track record of achievement and impact
* Strong analytical skills with data manipulation and synthesis abilities
* Curious and impact-driven
