Job Description
The Finance & Admin Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Accounting Oversight: Supervise daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.
* Variance Analysis: Prepare detailed monthly variance analysis reports.
* Financial Controls: Ensure strong financial controls are in place over daily financial transactions.
This role involves preparing budgets and forecasts, liaising with directors and budget holders and acting as the primary point of contact for auditors during the year-end audit process.

Requirements
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
* Excellent Financial Management Skills: Proven experience in managing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
* Effective Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with directors and budget holders.
