Job Title: Human Resources Strategist
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing HR Strategies: Aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
* Employee Relations: Fostering positive relationships, effective communication and conflict resolution.
* Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment process to attract suitable candidates.
* Team Development: Supporting team growth through motivation, development initiatives and performance management.
* HR Systems: Developing and monitoring human resource strategies, systems and procedures.
* Performance Management: Implementing appraisal systems, providing feedback and supporting performance improvement plans.
* Work Environment: Creating a nurturing, positive and supportive workplace.
* Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing programs and facilitating employee growth.
Requirements:
* Experience: Experience dealing with human resources or equivalent work experience.
* People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Training Ability: Ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
* Communication: Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Relationship Management: Proficiency in relationship management at all organizational levels.
* HR Knowledge: Experience/awareness of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Education: 3rd level degree or equivalent practical experience.
The role will be based in Dublin with flexibility in relation to hybrid work arrangements.
