Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our bar and restaurant venue.
* Supervise and manage staff to ensure consistent high-quality service.
* Motivate and lead the front-of-house team to achieve operational excellence.
* Collaborate with the management team on staff schedules, training, and development.
Responsibilities: Oversee cash handling, end-of-day reporting, and stock control while maintaining strong communication between kitchen, bar, and floor teams. Assist in driving sales, promotions, and events to maximise revenue opportunities.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities is also necessary.
Work Arrangements: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required. Living in Ireland and having the right to work in the Republic of Ireland is mandatory. Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
Salary & Benefits
Compensation: Up to €40,000 per annum depending on experience.
