BCAR/Closing Coordinator
Location: Clonee, Meath
Type: Permanent Salary €35K- €45K DOE
Administrator needed for a Residential Developer/Contractor in Meath. Our client needs someone with previous Construction and Residential Administrator experience to provide general administrative and back office support to the team onsite. In particular they need someone with excellent Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) knowledge. This role will be based in our client\'s Meath Head Office.
Job Description
* General administration and back office support
* Liaise frequently with the Contracts manager and other construction staff
* Managing and updating of information
* Liaise with Finance, Payroll and HR to organise weekly timesheets and accounts administration
Job Requirements
* The successful candidate will hold a relevant 3rd level qualification and have previous experience as a Site Administrator. Knowledge of Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) is essential.
