The role involves supporting hybrid/multi-cloud platforms, driving cloud migrations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high availability for critical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor a secure, high-performing cloud environment (Azure/AWS).Implement and integrate cloud services, including migration of legacy systems.Deliver documented cloud architecture (network, security, backup & recovery).Establish incident management processes and ensure SLA adherence.Provide capacity planning, performance reporting, and cost optimisation.Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness (GDPR, public-sector standards).Maintain operational runbooks and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.Ensure high availability, resilience, and business continuity of services.Key Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure administration (Senior level).Strong expertise in Azure and AWS platforms.Proficiency in VMs, storage, networking, and IaaS/PaaS services.Experience with cloud security, IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience in cloud migration and system integration.Strong knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, etc.).Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud environments.Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.Experience with cloud-native security tools and compliance reporting.Please note no visa sponsorship for this rolePFH Technology, owned by Ricoh – a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.
