Trauma and Extremities Senior Education Lead
Aligns with strategic objectives to develop and implement effective learning strategies, training curricula and evaluates program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and executes education plans that align with central European strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders including Brand managers and Sales leaders.
* Fosters best-in-class learning trends and continuously improves the learning experience.
Key Activities:
1. Develops and updates internal education programs such as courses, online platforms, and external education programs like cadaveric courses and online education.
2. Develops customer engagement programs and events supporting strategic goals and marketing objectives.
3. Deploy digital tools to facilitate learning.
4. Ensures up-to-date sales training curriculum and material.
5. Schedules and communicates a calendar of internal and external education events.
6. Documents and stores internal training participant lists for auditing purposes.
7. Partners with surgeon KOLs to ensure high-quality faculty at internal and external education activities.
8. Audits selling capability and knowledge base of sales channels regardless of experience and tenure within the company.
9. Closes identified gaps.
10. Allocates and manages resources in alignment with strategic priorities.
11. Coordinates and ensures cohesive educational activities across EMEA markets, driving agreed goals and strategies.
12. Collaborates with Brand Management on clinical research initiatives.
