We are seeking to hire a Private Credit Analyst to join a high performing European direct lending platform.
The ideal candidate will have
1–2 years' experience
in leveraged finance, corporate finance or private markets with relevant
internship experience
completed during undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
This role offers
hands-on exposure to credit analysis, deal execution, and portfolio management
, with regular interaction with senior investment professionals and the Investment Committee.
Key Responsibilities
* Support due diligence, investment committee materials, and deal execution.
* Analyse financial statements and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting.
* Build, maintain, and review financial models.
* Conduct industry and company research, including risk and return analysis.
* Attend meetings with management teams of prospective and portfolio companies.
* Monitor portfolio company performance on an ongoing basis.
* Assist with additional corporate, marketing, and administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
* Strong academic background; interest in pursuing professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, ACA)
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess key risks and investment drivers
* Clear communicator with strong initiative and commercial judgement
* Collaborative mindset suited to a small team environment
* Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
