About the Role
Are you goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level? As a Telesales Agent at Yuno Energy, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about hitting targets and growing together. In this role, you will be reaching out to potential customers across Ireland, building relationships, identifying needs, and converting warm and cold leads into loyal customers.

What Your Day Looks Like
* Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to current and prospective customers
* Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager
* Track and analyse customer acquisition metrics
* Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes
* Provide ad-hoc customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as needed
What You Need to Succeed
* Experience: Minimum 12 months in a sales or target-driven role. E.g., call centre, retail, or another customer-facing role (required).
* Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role
* Customer Focus: Experience in selling to a diverse customer base
* Mindset: Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results
* Accountability: Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance improvement
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
