About the Role:
Reporting to the AV Delivery Account Manager, the AV Delivery Account Executive will assist in the Sales, Management and Booking of commercial advertising through assigned set of advertising agencies and clients.
Duties and Tasks:
* Manage a book of clients and build strong client relations with these agencies/advertisers.
* Daily telephone and email contact with advertising agency buying teams and clients.
* Chasing for approval and setting up campaigns based upon written approval from advertising agencies or clients.
* Checking campaign set up details prior to Autobook being run by Airtime Management.
* Churning airtime post Autobook, ensuring that all campaigns going live across the Virgin Media Television channels are of an acceptable quality before sending them to agencies.
* Use industry specific systems and Excel to track and report on delivery of live and upcoming campaigns.
* Booking of late approved campaigns.
* Filling and forward filling of available airtime prior to day closing/week closing.
* Track client and agency performance throughout the year against a set of price and revenue objectives
* To attend industry events to gain knowledge and engage with our clients to build rapport.
* Represent Virgin Media Solutions / Virgin Media Television group both externally and internally to all our customers and colleagues.
* Feeding into and improving sales performance in the short term while exploring ways to maximise performance in the long term.
* Work alongside the other commercial teams to look for opportunities to best maximise Virgin Media Television performance and improve revenue performance across an assigned set of advertising agencies and clients.
Skills & Expertise
* Business or marketing qualification is advantageous.
* Has hands on Sales Experience and building client relationships
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and works well under pressure
* Gets to the heart of the matter by analysing reports, insights and data
