Mobility Aids Product Specialist, responsible for driving sales and business growth with the Mobility Aids, Physiotherapy and Occupational Health product portfolio.Location:Republic of Ireland (field based role)As a Product Specialist for M.E.D. Surgical, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the Mobility Aids, Physiotherapy and Occupational Health product portfolio. Covering the Republic of Ireland you will develop strong relationships with Physiotherapy, Occupational Health, Podiatry, Orthotics and hospital procurement teams to promote and support the M.E.D. Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potentialSystematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor informationProvide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the market placeImplementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibilityAttendance at relevant conferences and meetingsRole Requirements:3+ years' medical sales experience in a hospital environment preferably but not essentialA clinical background would also be an advantageBe familiar with working in the physiotherapy and occupational therapy environmentsBe target driven and have the ability to "Close" salesYou will have the ability to communicate well and deliver a positive image of the company and its productsExcellent organizational and planning skills are a pre-requisite for this role as is a high reliance on personal drive and initiativeThe ideal candidate will be commercially aware and have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsHave the necessary education and practical experience to deal with the complex medical device technologies in a clinical backgroundHave an outgoing and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal skillsProficiency with all general business computer tools and applications is essentialFull driver's LicenseM.E.D SurgicalM.E.D.
