Azets Ireland is hiring an Audit Director to join our expanding Audit & Assurance team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a proven Audit Director or an experienced Senior Manager ready to take the next step. You’ll work directly with Partners, lead key client engagements, and play a central role in managing and developing our growing audit team.

What you’ll do
Lead complex audit engagements across a varied client base
Act as a senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
Oversee planning, execution and completion of audits
Support Partners on strategic initiatives and business growth
Manage team allocations, workflows and coaching
Provide technical leadership on complex audit and accounting matters
Contribute to business development and proposal activity
Champion quality, continuous improvement and collaborative working
What we’re looking for
Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102, IFRS and auditing standards
Experience managing complex audits across multiple sectors
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Strong commercial awareness and client‑relationship skills
