Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Package Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement equipment modules and packages through design and procurement phases
* Generate technical documents, including Data Sheets and Enquiry Packages, for procurement of equipment
* Evaluate vendor bids and develop Technical Bid Tabulations in compliance with client specifications
* Develop and maintain technical specifications in accordance with client requirements
* Lead the development of each package through various stages, including Kick-off meetings, Design Reviews, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
* Manage suppliers to ensure packages are designed, manufactured, and tested as per project requirements
* Interface with clients, vendors, and other disciplines to provide exceptional service and support
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (candidates with Chemical/Process Engineering degree and relevant experience may also be considered)
* Experience in designing equipment for Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical sectors
* Strong leadership and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to lead technical reviews and discussions with clients and suppliers
