A global pharmaceuticals company seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support its production processes. Key Responsibilities: * SAP administration * Managing production schedules This role requires strong technical knowledge of scheduling software systems, expertise in operating machinery/equipment as well as managing time effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills that enable them to collaborate successfully with colleagues across various departments within the organization. This position involves leading efficiency projects using lean manufacturing and six sigma principles. The ideal candidate will be proficient in scheduling software systems, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and possess effective communication skills. The chosen individual will lead efforts focused on optimizing business processes through continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma. Additionally, they must demonstrate their ability to analyze complex problems systematically; identifying root causes before developing solutions.. To achieve these objectives efficiently; analytical thinking coupled with logical reasoning is necessary, along side this we require someone who can visualize results generated from several inputs providing corrective actions where needed ensuring seamless operations at all times throughout each project phase!
