Wills Bros Ltd are seeking highly motivated and career-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Positions available in Tipperary, Roscommon and Cavan for various road infrastructure projects.
You will be based on site 5 days a week, travel to other sites may be necessary.
Full clean driving licence and own car essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early careers quantity surveyor to gain invaluable experience within a well-established and forward-thinking civil engineering company.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
Supporting the procurement process and subcontractor management
Monitoring project progress and preparing valuations and cost reports
Assisting in contract administration and commercial reporting
Collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual and financial objectives
Key Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying essential.
2-3 year experience working in a Civil Engineering company in a quantity surveyor role.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
Currently living in Ireland essential.
Full driving licence essential
