What You’ll Do
As a Team Leader, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing stock, operating forklifts, and maintaining warehouse equipment.
* Delivering training to staff and supporting supervisors.
* Ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO, and Health & Safety regulations.
* Reporting on performance and coordinating workloads.
What You’ll Bring
* Essential: Counter Balance Certificate, basic computer skills, and teamwork ability.
* Desirable: Reach Truck or Magaziner Certificate, GDP knowledge, and Health & Safety experience.
* Flexibility and attention to detail to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
