* Manage day-to-day site operations for a construction company in Limerick.
Ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently and meets client expectations.
* Maintain health & safety standards while keeping costs under control.
* In charge of coordinating subcontractors and managing supply chain effectively.

Key Skills And Qualifications:
SMSTS certification, CSCS card, Experience in data centre environments, In-depth knowledge of the construction industry computer literate (MS Office) able to develop good relationships with clients Keen eye for detail Strong managerial skills self-starter commercially conscious Excellent communication skills both verbal & written -->
