Key Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience working in trade management within large project environments is required.
* Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Proven experience in coordinating or overseeing disciplinary procedures is advantageous.
