Key Responsibilities:
Your primary role will be to oversee the management of project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. This includes maintaining and updating documents, as well as utilising industry-leading software tools such as Maximo for asset management, work orders, and reporting.
You will also be responsible for generating insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI for project performance tracking, as well as assisting in coordinating site activities, including scheduling, procurement, and communication with stakeholders.
In addition, you will support the project team with administrative tasks, document control, and compliance tracking, ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of all documentation.
Finally, you will act as a key point of contact for project documentation queries and site administrative processes.
