Customer Service Specialist – Office Based in Dublin

Key Dates & Salary
* Start Date: 17th November 2025
* Salary: €16.00 per hour (€29,120.00 per annum) with potential to earn up to €34,000 with a performance‑related bonus.
* Job Type: Permanent
* Working Hours: 35 hours per week (including training)
* Training: 2 weeks onsite in Dublin
* Location: Fully office‑based in Dublin
Shift Structure
* Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (stable weekday routine)
* Rotational Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM on a rotating basis across 7 days (provides afternoons off)
Candidate Profile
* Professional and courteous telephone manner
* Outgoing nature with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
* Experience in customer support via phone, email, and webchat (2‑3 years)
* High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
* Self‑motivated problem‑solving skills and interpersonal ease
* Experience with vulnerable customers and previous call‑centre exposure essential
* Drive to achieve targets and work as part of a team

Job Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and help customers at the point of contact

* Record all complaints in line with policy and offer efficient outcomes
* Manage time effectively during busy periods and multitask across varied inquiries
* Maintain clear communication of processes to customers
