Leisure Attendant (Full Time)
We are looking for a Leisure Attendant on a full‑time basis to join our team at Aura De Paul.
About the role
The role of a Leisure Attendant involves working in different areas of the Leisure Centre according to your training and qualifications. This varied role requires you to be a great all‑rounder. If you have a Swim Teaching, Lifeguard and/or Fitness qualifications, and want to learn and develop in this industry – this role is for you!

Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Deliver the highest standards of classes (Swim, Fitness or both) that will motivate and inspire our members.
Provide valuable feedback to our members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Adhere to our Healthy and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude.

Qualifications
Hold RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
Have either both or one of the following: STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher qualification; NCEHS / NCEF Fitness Instructor Qualification.
A passion for the health and fitness industry.
A willingness to train and qualify in all three disciplines listed above.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
Previous experience in instructing classes (Swim, Fitness or both) is desirable.
Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work – morning, afternoon and night shifts both weekdays and weekends available.
Fluent English required.
