The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs from inception to completion, including preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), cost estimations, and cost reporting. Daily tasks include ensuring projects are completed within financial budgets and managing cost control to achieve value for money. Collaboration with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders will be essential for successful delivery.QualificationsProficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost PlanningExperience in preparing and working with Bills of Quantities (BOQ)Skills in Cost Reporting and analysisStrong analytical and numerical abilityExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Excel, estimating software, and project management toolsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the construction or civil engineering industry is an advantage
