Company Intro / Summary A market-leading contractor operating across telecoms, utilities and critical infrastructure is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Dublin-based commercial team. While telecoms experience is preferred, candidates coming from any contracting backgroundcivils, utilities, mechanical, electrical, or general constructionwill be fully considered. Responsibilities Assist in the commercial management of multiple ongoing projects nationwide. Prepare valuations, cost reports, variations and support final account closure. Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation and agreement of packages. Provide accurate cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting. Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Support tendering, pricing exercises and commercial analysis where required. Contribute to improving commercial processes and systems across the team. Requirements 24 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role. Telecoms/Utilities experience beneficial, but all contracting backgrounds welcomed. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Proficiency with standard QS software and Microsoft Office.
