The role
We are partnering with a leading European private equity investor to appoint an Associate.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a hands on investment platform, gaining exposure across the full deal lifecycle from evaluating and executing investments to supporting portfolio company growth, M&A activity, and value creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate investment opportunities through market, industry, and commercial analysis.
Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
Support deal execution, including due diligence, negotiations, and transaction structuring.
Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive growth and strategic initiatives.
Identify and assess acquisition opportunities across the portfolio.
Support value creation projects, M&A activity, and exit processes.
Key Requirements
3–5 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, strategy consulting, or corporate development.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent academic background.
Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable taking ownership.
Passion for business, investing, and value creation.
Industry or operational experience is an advantage.
