Key HR Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Key HR Manager. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Management Team in all areas of Human Resource Management.
* Strategic development of the HR department, including Recruitment, Administration, Compliance, Workforce Planning, Training, Employee/Industrial Relations, and Employee Support.
* Collaboration with senior management to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
* Development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the interview process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
* Administration and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
* Workforce Planning and Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, manage succession planning, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Employee/Industrial Relations and Employee Support: Foster positive relationships with employees, manage conflicts, provide support and guidance, and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues at all levels.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
