Key Details:

* Full time, Permanent Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

* Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
">
* Organise and support engagement initiatives to foster a positive working environment and culture.
">
* Ensure timely and accurate updates to payroll-related information and respond to queries regarding benefits and entitlements.
">

Responsibilities:
">
">
* Provide day-to-day guidance on policies and procedures, maintain and update documentation, and support initiatives promoting inclusion and wellbeing.
">
* Maintain accurate system records, ensure documentation complies with legal standards, and assist with audits and reporting tasks.
">
* Offer initial support on routine employee issues, assist with formal processes, and maintain confidential records.
">
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation, HR best practice, and experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end.
">
* Proficient in maintaining HR information systems and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
">
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
">
* Able to work independently or as part of a team, on-site as required, with flexibility to meet business needs.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* CIPD Level 5 with a minimum of one year's experience in a generalist HR role, OR at least two years' experience in a similar position.
">
* Able to work in Northern Ireland, flexible to meet business needs.
">
