Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our kitchens and service counters, delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing culinary teams and be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time role contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run efficiently, helping to drive sales through innovative food and service concepts, and communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will represent our company and maintain a positive brand image while identifying opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales and exceeding customer expectations. You will also support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of delicious food to the highest standards.
2. Supervision of culinary and catering teams to ensure continued delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
3. Overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit catering operations, including inventory management, budget monitoring, and implementing action plans.
4. Regular communication with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets.
5. Representation of our company and maintenance of a positive brand image.
6. Identification of opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales.
7. Liaison between customers and culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
8. Support and training of teams, leading from the front to ensure excellence in roles.
9. Implementation and review of Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
