MSL Park Motors Skoda currently wishes to recruit a Part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Navan Road.
Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, to provide the customer, at all times, with the highest levels of customer care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the customers needs and initiating actions to exceed expectations where possible.
Key duties & responsibilities to include: Meeting, greeting and assisting customers, Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee etc.
Managing and updating our various social media platforms in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines.
Operating a busy switchboard.
Monitoring and recording showroom traffic and incoming calls.
Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.
Preparing and updating various reports for the Brand Manager.
Providing administrative support to the Sales Department.
Completing daily reception and sales logs.
Registering new and used vehicles.
Guaranteeing the Reception area, Customer Coffee Area and Lounge area are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Guaranteeing all catering supplies for the Coffee Lounge are in stock, fresh, well presented and accessible to customers.
Requisitioning stationary supplies.
Maintaining the showroom/customer waiting areas.
Supporting the ISO Quality Manager.
Various ad-hoc duties.
The successful candidate will ideally: Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.

Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable.
