We are now seeking to hire a part time Restaurant Supervisorto join our team. The Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing the highest quality dining experience for guests of at The Anner Hotel, Thurles in terms of restaurant service, quality and standards. This role will support the Restaurant Manager with maximising guest satisfaction by ensuring guest bookings are confirmed, gives work direction to Restaurant staff and takes opportunities to upsell. About The Role The Ideal Candidate will: Be experienced in supervising a team Have experience of working to high food safety standards Be experienced in coaching Restaurant staff to excellent service and guest satisfaction levels.
