Job Title: Food Safety Specialist
As a Food Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our production facilities. This includes conducting thorough quality checks across all stages of production, storage, and dispatch.
Maintaining accurate QA records is also a key responsibility, ensuring that we are always audit-ready and compliant with relevant standards such as BRC, Bord Bia, and FSAI.
You will work closely with our production team to resolve any quality issues that may arise, supporting traceability, hygiene, and GMP compliance at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* HACCP Level 2 certification (Level 3 preferred)
* A degree in food science or equivalent
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, traceability, and food safety standards
* Experience working in food production
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
