* Excellent computer skills with detailed knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project

* Full driver's license

About the Role
">
This role involves overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project plans and requirements, tracking programme updates and issuing reports to the client, negotiating extensions of time with the client as required, and identifying areas where the project is losing money and developing strategies to mitigate this.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering or construction projects, excellent computer skills with detailed knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project, and a full driver's license.

A background in civil engineering is preferred but not essential.

The package includes a salary of €75K-€80K depending on experience, annual leave of 21 days, working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, statutory sick pay, pension (auto-enrolment or support if already established), and provision of a laptop, phone, company vehicle, and fuel card.
